It was where I saw my first film (a double bill of 101 Dalmatians and Bambi) and Star Wars. I watched it being demolished in 1983 and saw what replaced it. Old buildings hold memories as well as their own beauty. <br \/><br \/>The buildings may be gone, but their memory lives on. This is the first in a series of illustrations celebrating buildings that are no longer with us.
